Q: Have you ever felt any cultural differences while traveling in Korea?
A: I’ve noticed distinct cultural differences in restaurants. Korean restaurants consistently provide complimentary water, dry tissues, and wet tissues. In my home country, some restaurants provide water or tea along with dry tissues, but wet tissues are not regularly provided and need to be purchased separately. This thoughtful service stands out as a unique cultural touch in Korea.

Q: Is there a place in Korea you want to travel to but have not yet?
A: Absolutely, there are still several places in Korea I'm eager to explore. One destination on my list is the Daegwallyeong Yangtte Ranch, known for its stunning natural beauty and hiking area. As a hiking enthusiast, I'm drawn to places with picturesque mountains and landscapes, and I believe Daegwallyeong would be an ideal spot for my next adventure.

Q: Do you have a favorite dish to recommend to other foreign students?
A: I have several dishes to recommend to fellow foreign students. If you’re looking for a hearty and traditional Korean meal, I suggest trying ”sundae-gukbap” (Korean blood sausage soup with rice). The combination of savory and warm ingredients makes it a comforting and memorable culinary experience for foreign students exploring Korean cuisine.
