CNU students won awards at the 21st International Conference for Media in Education held at Wenzhou University in China from August 16 to 18. More than 200 professors, students, and researchers from four countries—Korea, the United States, Japan, and China—participated in the conference. Out of the university’s ten teams that took part, five teams won awards. Two teams that consisted of undergraduate students as the first authors won the Best Paper Award for their research: "Enhancing emotional well-being in pregnant women: a mobile application utilizing facial analysis" and "Developing an application for self-regulated learning support using a digital human." Ko Sin-woo (Sophomore, Dept. of Education), one of the award-winning students, said, “I felt that the passion of the people who participated in the academic conference was great. As someone who doesn't know what to study and what to like yet, it seemed great to see the people present the topics they study and research with confidence. I think I found a good motivation to be the driving force for my studies and various activities.”
