The 2023 Fall Student Club Fair took place around Bongji on September 5 and 48 recognized clubs ran their booths to introduce their clubs and attract new students. At the club fair, organized by the General Student Club Association (GSCA), many students had interesting experiences such as taking photos through a receipt photo machine, watching club performances, having food from food trucks, and registering for a giveaway event. Park Jae-hyeok (Sophomore, Dept. of Chemistry Education) said, “As I am running the booth for my club, I can tell that there are a lot more students enjoying this event than last year. Especially, even though the weather is quite hot to stay outside, there are many students who are really interested in joining new clubs.”
The planning president of GSCA said that as always, they put effort for the clubs to provide various content through the booths and, for something new this time, they made a small test called “DongBTI” asking students about themselves. Through this test, they recommended students which a club could be adequate for their personality. He also added that as a participation to the green campus campaign, they supplied the food trucks with re-useable containers so that students can enjoy the food and then return the containers back.

Club booths are installed to attract new students around 5.18 Square, Bongji, at Chonnam National University on September 5.
