2023 하반기 전체학생대표자회의 개최
The Student Representative Meeting for the second half of 2023 was held at Minjumaru on Sept. 4. The meeting had a quorum of 216, which was the minimum number of attendees required to maintain the meeting, and it ended on a high note. Representatives of student autonomy organizations attended the meeting, chaired by the president and vice president of the General Student Council (GSC), including the presidents of student councils of each college and department, and other related student representatives. They were notified of the results of the first-semester’s activities and discussed the second-semester major agendas.
GSC President Jung Yoon-joong said, "To prevent the situation that happened at the last meeting, we minimized the entrance time by having students line up with each college department. We introduced the online voting system to save counting time as well. I'm glad that the meeting finished on time without any problems." The GSC's efforts to operate a smooth meeting received positive feedback from student representatives. Park Jin-hyuk (Sophomore, Dept. of Interdisciplinary Studies) said, "This meeting was a fine chance to see how hard the GSC works for students.” The meeting for the first half of the year was adjourned due to a lack of quorum.
