Chonnam National University has marked the 43rd Anniversary of the May 18 Democratization Movement by visiting the May 18 National Cemetery on May 16. The university members has paid tribute at a memorial altar at the cemetery for the victims of the May 18 for democracy movement, including President Jung Sungtaek, the Chair of the Faculty Council, the President of the Alumni Association, the President of the General Student Councils and administrative staff.
