ChatGPT, an interactive artificial intelligence software, is one of the biggest issues around the world. Compared to other interactive intelligence services, it is better in that it can dramatically change the ways that humans originally have searched for information and created work. It can answer questions considering many options for each word by doing simple coding. If someone asks about some subjects, it can write articles and reports about those subjects. When humans make content, they usually find related articles, books, and other information and select specific reference data by using search engines on the internet. Of course, they can directly cover and confirm related information. It is sure that both ways take some time to find the appropriate information.

ChatGPT can reduce the time to do that by crawling and extracting information on the internet and changing it to data. It also can create content like reports, novels, poetry, lyrics and compositions, it is not only for searching information. Because of these characteristics, it is evaluated as an artificial intelligence that can think and learn like humans. But not everyone welcomes it. In the education sector, professors are opposed to using it because students may not study completely and may not perform tasks based on their own knowledge and thoughts, using it to do their assignments or to write reports. People can also be confused by wrong or misleading information from the artificial intelligence system with which people can have a conversation.

Besides, it may pose plagiarism concerns and raise copyright issues because it uses a vast amount of the internet without any permission. Although ChatGPT has such ethical problems, we cannot avoid using it. Therefore, we have to know how to use the AI correctly and in a desirable way. Different types of evaluation have to be carried out through asking questions about specific things and problems from diverse human perspectives. Copyright laws related to AI-generated content have to be revised in more definite ways.
