The 2023 Spring Student Club Fair took place around Bongji from March 6 to 7, and about 63 recognized clubs ran their booths to introduce their clubs and attract students’ attention. At the club fair, organized by the General Student Club Association (GSCA), a lot of students had diverse experiences, such as using telescope, watching music performances, and having delicious food, made the fair much more entertaining.
Cheon In-hye (Freshman, Dept. of Electrical Engineering) said, “The atmosphere was brighter than I expected and there were various things to experience. It was good to experience the fair and I recommended it to my friends.” Kim Min-ji (Junior, Dept. of Music Education) said, “Certainly, the atmosphere is different from last year, and I feel that there are more people, and the clubs are also active. I feel good that the fair has become an interesting event. And, many students listen carefully to the explanation, so it’s so fun to operate the booth.”
The president of the GSCA said that they asked student clubs to provide various content as well as promoting the fair to improve the quality of the fair. She also added that it must be a big event for new students as soon as they started their university life. I think they welcomed it so vigorously, so it would be nice to continue their interest and participation in student activities in the future.
