CNU's annual festival, so-called “Yongbong Daedongpuri,” has taken place from September 21 to 22 for two days with the tagline “7 Up!” (Cheer Up!) to encourage students. The festival’s main venue is the May 18 Square, and various booths such as food, outdoor activities, and experience booths have been set up along the roads on Yongbong Campus. A number of students and local residens have enjoy the fully face-to-face festival  after a three-year hiatus  due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
