Being from a multiethnic country, I think an anti-discrimination law should be enacted. Because I believe that everyone should have equal rights without discrimination in employment, education, or vocational training, regardless of gender, disability, age, sexual orientation, language, country of origin, and others. The enforcement of the anti-discrimination law will not only provide fairness but also be an important means of protecting individuals from the damage caused by any form of discrimination. For fear of the reverse discrimination that may arise, it is wise to instill awareness of the importance of the anti-discrimination law and to reflect on the collective mindset that should coexist harmoniously without discrimination.
