The Library Annex is now available to anyone without going through the identification process. It has caused a chronic shortage of seats in reading rooms at the annex. I think admission to the annex should be allowed only to current students and graduates within the past five years. Some of the graduates need to use the reading rooms in the library to prepare for exams in order to get a job. The school should clearly define the range of library annex users through discussions with students and then operate the access control swing barrier system with an ID card at the annex’s entrance.
