2018 Gwangju Biennale started on September 7 under the title “Imagined Borders” at various venues such as Gwangju Biennale Exhibition Hall, Asia Culture Center, and Selected Locations in Gwangju. The 12th Gwangju Biennale is divided into the Main Exhibition, the GB Commission and the Pavilion Project. You can see the works of 165 artists from 43 countries in a series of seven exhibitions that address issues ranging from migration to technology. The GB Commission focuses on the May 18 Gwangju Uprising.
