From The Post

*Piss someone off: This expression is a slang phrase to make somebody annoyed or bored. When it is used as piss off, it is used to tell somebody to go away in a rude manner.

“The Post” is a film based on a true story about The Washington Post revealing a secret of the Vietnam War that the government of the United States has covered for thirty years. This movie shows the power of mass media and the role of the press.
