The Central Election Management Committee (CEMC) at CNU confirms the candidates for the 48th General (Female) Student Council (GFSC) President and Vice President as of November 9th, 2015. Jeong Sang-yeup (Senior, Faculty of Earth Systems and Environmental Sciences) and Yu Chang-min (Senior, Faculty of Business Administration) registered as the candidates for the 48th President and Vice President of GSC, but, there are no presidential candidates for GFSC in the election. The candidates started the election campaign on November 9th around campus. Since the sole candidate runs for this presidential election, the candidates need over 50 percent of the total turnout in order to win the G(F)SC election. Some students think that many students are not interested in the G(F)SC election because there are no other candidates to compete with each other. The election for the 2016 G(F)SC will be held on November 24th, 2015.
