Three Hopefuls Remain

19^th CNU Presidential Candidates Finalize with the Top 3

   Three hopefuls for the 19^th (Chonnam National University) Presidential Elections were selected as the three final candidates today, September 26, 2012 at the Yongbong Hall. The final three hopefuls are Ji Byung-mun, Yoon Taek-lim, and Oh Hee-kyun who are Presidential Candidates Number 4, 5 and 12 respectively. Professors and administrative staff where given the right to vote to finalize the candidates into a final three. The 13 candidates are downsized in order to increase the effectiveness of the incoming final rounds of elections. 198 votes were counted in with 2 abstain votes. Two students, in order to represent the student body silently rallied outside the voting grounds seeking for student representation in the first round of elections as well. The final rounds of elections will be held on October 17, 2012.
