Celebration Messages from Readers
on the 42nd Anniversary of the Publication of Chonnam Tribune
It has been 42 years since Chonnam Tribune published its first issue on July 15th, 1968. For 42 years, Chonnam Tribune has been trying to provide distinctive content that is different from other off campus media and to communicate with its readers. Particularly, in this global age, it has endeavored to provide useful information and opinions related to international students on campus and local students who have participated in a variety of overseas programs operated by our university. Congratulation! Tribune’s 42nd publication anniversary!! I did not know Chonnam Tribune was already 42 years old. I always thank Chonnam Tribune for providing lots of useful information. I hope many students also obtain good information and can improve their English ability through Chonnam Tribune.

I really congratulate Chonnam Tribune on its 42nd anniversary. I started reading it when it was still being published in magazine format. I was glad that I could read it more often since it has been transformed to a tabloid-size biweekly newspaper.
