Conflicts Surrounding Gwangju Global Motors

In every business, there will always be conflicts between management and workers. The Gwangju-type job situation looks very unstable now due to the labor side’s nonparticipation in the project, but one has to remember it is a new project taking its very first steps. The current situation is a hurdle to overcome for future stability as the two sides learn how to work well together. The boycott is the labor union’s most powerful method to make their voices heard by management. Everything will be up to how negotiations go on from here, but at the end of the day, both sides want only the best for the project.
