I was pleasantly surprised by the content of the previous issue, number 349. It is mainly focused on providing useful information about campus life and Chonnam National University to international and exchange students. In comparison with the issue number 348, this one is not so academic; as a result, it is easier to read. Since I am an exchange student, I have found many articles extremely interesting, especially the one about campus clubs entitled “We need to take action and enjoy club activities on campus”. I enjoyed the Foreign Community column a lot too. As I can relate to the story about homesickness pretty well, I guess most of the exchange students can. Thanks to interviewing people from different countries, this issue lets us understand people’s minds better, and broaden our knowledge about their cultures. However, this magazine is not only about campus life, we can find some controversial topics as well, like eating dogs and other animals. I would like to mention the design of this issue as it has changed in comparison with the issue number 348. This time the dominant colors are green and yellow, which makes me think about spring. Even though green and yellow are bright colors, the shade is picked perfectly to let us read comfortably. Overall, I am very satisfied with the previous issue. I can recommend it to everyone.
