The CNU’s presidential election campaign is underway, and there are now only two weeks remaining before the election. Presidential debates took place October 13 on Yongbong-dong campus, October 17 on Hak-dong campus, and October 18 on Yeosu Campus. Five candidates are as follows in the order of the symbol number: Jung Sung-chang (Faculty of Business Administration), Yoon Sung-suk (Department of Political Sciences and International Relations), Huh Min (Faculty of Earth Systems and Environmental Sciences), Lee Byung-teak (School of Materials Science and Engineering), and Chung Byung-seok (Law School). The candidates delivered keynote speeches about their policies, and questioned and debated each other about their respective plans. The debates progressed in the order of common questions given from the moderator, one-to-many questions, and one-on-one debates.
