▲ International students listening for academic affairs information on August 31

The Office of International Affairs (OIA) organized orientations for new international students and freshly arriving exchange students on August 31, 2016. At the former one hosted by OIA’s coordinator, undergraduate students were informed about academic affairs information. The orientation organizers also invited existing international students to share their CNU living tips, how to stand out academically for scholarship opportunities and enjoy life in Korea. There are 97 newly enrolled international students at the undergraduate level this semester. The event was followed by the welcome party for 153 exchange students. It commenced with the introduction of OIA’s coordinators and guidelines of the CNU academic calendar, dormitory regulations and safety education. Next, Srinidhi Aprita Navaratna, an exchange student from Christ University, was welcomed by the audience. Both orientations successfully delivered useful information to new CNU international students.
