The University of South Carolina
Next semester, CNU will dispatch its first exchange student to the University of South Carolina (USC) in the U.S. As of May, USC has 49,449 students currently enrolled, 450 degree programs and 300,000 alumni. The university consists of eight campuses in 18 locations; four-year campuses in Columbia, Aiken, Upstate and Beaufort, and two-year regional campuses in Salkehatchie, Union, Lancaster and Sumter. Founded in 1801, USC Columbia is the main campus where more than 32,000 students are studying in 300 degree programs. CNU exchange students studying at USC can receive a tuition exemption. Students who want to study at the university must have at least a 79 TOEFL score.

The University of Malaya
CNU made an exchange agreement with the University of Malaya (UM), the oldest university in Malaysia in 2011. UM is located in the southwest part of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Since UM offers services and chances to visit many unique places such as the Museum of Asian Art, and the Symphony Orchestra, you can enjoy cultural life while studying at UM. Every semester, 10 students who have TOEIC scores over 700 get an opportunity to study at UM as exchange students. However, students from the School of Business Administration, the School of Economics, and the Department of Public Administration can apply for the university only with IELTS scores over 6.0.
