광주전남톡, 2016 한책 선정 투표 시작
The CNU Library started to vote for the Book of the 2016 Gwangju and Jeonnam Read and Talks (GJRT), which is a community reading project. This project encourages people to read books and share their opinions with each other. It has been organized since 2013 and now it is one of the representative campaigns of Gwangju and Jeonnam. The Book Selection Committee chose five books for the people in Gwangju and Jeonnam to vote for and determine the book that they want to read and discuss together. The vote is being held from April 18 to May 17, 2016 online or off-line at places including the CNU campuses and local libraries. The following books are the candidates; Gong Byeong-ho’s There will Be No Korea Three Years Later, Kim Dae-sik’s Kim Dae-sik’s Big Question, Kim Hoon’s While Making Ramen Noodles, Yang Chang-sam’s Happiness from serving Chosun, and Chae Sa-jang’s Broad and Shallow Knowledge for Intellectual Conversation. Choi Ha-kyung (Junior, Dept. of English Language Education) said, “I chose the book that I want to read. I hope this book will be selected as the book of the 2016 GJRT.”
