    CNU held its 2016 Entrance Ceremony at the Gymnasium at 2 p.m. on February 29, 2016. At the ceremony, 6000 undergraduate and graduate students were admitted to the university and 174 students with excellent scores received the President’s Prize. President Jee Byung-moon gave a congratulatory speech saying “I hope you achieve success in life by setting clear goals and sincerely pursuing them.” He added that “The University is not a place to teach knowledge, so students must have an inquiring attitude to learning.” Lee Ye-ji (Freshman, Department of English Language Education) said, “As President Jee stated, I will always try my best and enjoy my college life!” Before the ceremony, several campus clubs gave performances to celebrate the entrance of freshmen.
