     Chonnam National University (CNU) starts 2015 Gwangju and Jeonnam Reads and Talks (GJRT), a community reading project. Under 'One City One Book' project, it encourages citizens to read books and to share opinions through social reading. Ha Eun-hee, director of this project from the CNU Library said, “CNU has organized the GJRT since 2013 and it has become a representative reading promotion campaign in our region. It will help local residents to communicate with each other through the books.” The Book Selection Committee (BSC) chose five candidate books from various kinds of genres on March 25 th. The following books are the candidates; Han Bi-ya’s One Gram of Courage, Kim Sun-hyun’s The Power of Master Piece, Song Un-il’s Maegu Halmae , Oh Yeon-ho’s Can We Be Happy?, Choi Jin-seok’s Pattern Depicted by Human. Local residents can vote from April 15th to May 14th on the website (http://gjtalk.jnu.ac.kr) and offline places including the CNU Library and other local libraries. Jo Seung-ho (Senior, Dept. of Energy & Resource Engineering) said, “I chose a book that captured my interest. I wish that this project will be successful.”
