쌀 시장 개방

I think that it is impossible to delay opening the rice market any more. Since delayed tariffication in 1995, the mandatory import quota constantly increased, and if the market is still not opened, the quota will raise more. It might be able to cause an excessive supply even though the current quota is also in a state of oversupply. Opening the rice market may bring good results. In the case of the Korean beef market, most of the people were afraid that the cattle farms would fail if the beef market opens. However, Korean beef is selling at a high price right now as a result of the effort of the South Korean government and farmers. Therefore, with the effort of farmers and the Government, I think the opening of the rice market is not bad at all.
