On August 26, CNU held the 62nd Second Graduation Ceremonies on the Gwangju and Yeosu Campuses respectively. At this ceremony, CNU granted degrees to 1,935 students: 135 Doctors, 459 Masters and 1,342 Bachelors. Most notable Lee Jeong-hwa who is 54 years old received an Honorary Bachelor Degree. She went to the U.S. while attending the Education Department and has been working as a Lawyer in the U.S. She has contributed to the development of the bilateral relationship between Korea and the U.S. and international society. Also, she received credit for her contributions to the University development. Ko Eun-jae, a graduate from College of Business Administration said “I feel relieved that I completed my university life. And I have no regrets of my university life. If you work hard from day to day and you will receive your diploma too.”
