When the first the Chonnam Tribune Assessment Committee meeting was held, we shared ideas and views on how to make the newspaper the better medium. The reporters made it possible that students' voice can be heard by every members of our school. However, there are still some aspects that need to be improved. First of all, some topics were covered in similar tone multiple times. It could get readers easily bored. The newspaper needs to have more variety on its contents. In addition to it, it would be better to cover some practical information that could help students. Those how-to tips can be really helpful to people who just have not heard it before or exchange students. Covering topics related with the life of international student on campus would be great as well. As we have more than twenty thousand students on campus and we have a lot of exchange or international students. Featured articles dedicated for them can also be a good idea, since the Chonnam Tribune is a reliable and easily accessible source. As a school newspaper, it needs to serve its students with ongoing issues that are relevant to them, as well as useful information. And I think the Chonnam Tribune has been a very good one. But it should never seize to make it better and become the best school paper.
