A Special Seminar: Move Your Eyes to Broader World

On Tuesday, March 19, a special seminar was held in Room 301, College of Business Administration Building No. 2 hosted by the Chonnam National University Research Center for Overseas Korean Business & Culture (CNU-RCOKBC). As a guest lecturer, Lee Gye-song, publisher of Beauty Times, gave a talk to business majors about the importance of having eyes towards the wide world. He briefly introduced about his beauty supply business and then he talked of story of success pf Koreans living in the US, and the common points they have. In addition, he added the interest of living in US, and how to live overseas. At last, he put stress on human relations and said, “The big fortune is to meet good person and the biggest fortune is to be a good person yourself.” He will give another speech of his own business on Thursday, March 21, College of Business Administration Building No. 1, Room No. 350 at 3pm. CNU is the only university in Korea that has a research center focused on the activities of Koreans overseas. The CNU-RCOKBC is led by Lim Chae-wan (Prof., Dept. of Political Science and Diplomacy).
